The game lobby offers just a few categories to find your favorite slot games, including Hot, New, and Classic. Because slots make up the majority of games here, it would be helpful if Zula broke them down into more categories, like by theme or volatility level.

Zula does offer 31 of their own Zula Exclusive games with different styles and themes. They also offer 50 jackpots and 11 Megaways if you’re looking for more variety in your gameplay.

Although it’s a great selection, we did find ourselves mindlessly scrolling sometimes to try to get to grips with the menu. With a few organizational tweaks, this would be a truly excellent menu. As it is, we’re still impressed with the variety. 

RTP transparency

Zula doesn’t display the RTP (return to player) stats for its slot games. You can check individual game RTPs by opening a game and heading to the information menu. However, it would be nice if Zula provided general information like this at a glance.

The average for slot games seems to fall between 94% and 96%. However, you can find titles with a higher RTP, like Wild Joker at 97%.

The limited number of payment options at Zula was disappointing. It’s less than other Blazesoft-owned sweeps casinos like Fortune Coins or Sportzino. We’d like to see them add more credit cards, as well as options like Trustly or cryptocurrency.

The lowest regular-priced coin package is $1.99, although when we visited there was also a package on sale for just $0.99. Zula directs you to complete your player account information before making your first purchase, which includes your address and date of birth. Once we had done this, we grabbed the sale offer of 100,000 GC for $0.99 and paid with Mastercard. It was a simple process and the coins were added to our account right away.

Sweeps Coins can be redeemed once you’ve reached a minimum of 50 SC for gift cards and 100 SC for cash redemptions. To do so, click on “Redeem” in the drop-down menu.

Gift card redemptions are processed the same day, but cash redemptions take longer - up to five days. Zula only delivers cash prizes through bank transfer or Skrill, and you’ll need to link your payment information. We tested both the Zula app and the mobile browser version of Zula Casino. Both methods provided the same clear graphics and game selection. All the information you need is moved to the menu at the bottom of the screen.

After trying both options, the browser version had one advantage for us. The app kept logging us out between sessions, whereas the website version didn’t.

We were disappointed that Zula doesn’t offer a live chat option for its players. Live chat is increasingly common at sweeps casinos and often the most helpful option for fast, simple answers.

To submit an email ticket, click on “FAQ & Support” in the page menu. We contacted them twice, and each time received a response in less than 24 hours.

The FAQ page had common questions organized into seven different categories. This section could have much more detail - for example, the “Payment Methods” section only had one FAQ in it.
