Here’s what we ask of everyone.
Share only your own experience
Share what actually happened to you. First-hand experiences are the most useful to others. Avoid repeating things you've read elsewhere or passing on second-hand stories.
We welcome both positive and negative experiences. If you enjoyed a particular aspect of a casino, let us and others know.
Stay on topic
Each comment section is there to give everyone a chance to discuss that specific online casino or our review of it. If it’s not relevant to either, it probably doesn’t belong here.
Please be specific and provide as many details as possible. That way, we can better understand your experience and provide more accurate details in our casino reviews.
Keep it respectful
Chances are, your experience won’t be the same as someone else’s. And that’s okay. You might have had a bad experience, while others had no issues at all. Disagreeing is completely fine. Personal attacks, insults, or aggressive language are not.
Respect privacy
Please don’t post personal details, your own or anyone else’s. That includes contact details, account numbers, or anything that could be used to identify someone.
No promotional content
Our comment section is a place for players to share their experiences, not for companies to promote their business. Ads, affiliate links, and self-promotion aren’t allowed and won’t be published.
Avoid inappropriate or harmful language
We won’t allow hate speech, threats, discriminatory remarks, or anything that creates a hostile environment.
Flag issues when you see them
If you see a comment that goes against these guidelines, you can flag it and our team will review it.
Moderation and limits
To make sure this space stays helpful and respectful, we reserve the right to reject or remove any comment for any reason, but especially if they violate these guidelines. Reviews will not be displayed until they are approved by our team.
Each user can post up to 3 comments per day. After reaching the limit, a message will appear: “You’ve reached your daily limit of 3 reviews.”
