WinWindsor Casino Review

Win Windsor was founded by Jumpman Gaming Limited in 2020. The casino was known for its patriotic British theme. It received mixed reviews throughout its years in operation.

The site supported English for players in multiple markets, including the UK. However, as of December 2023, the operator permanently closed and is no longer available to players.

Win Windsor boasted some of the most unique promotions on the market at the time, but a couple of key flaws held it back from beating the competition.

Alongside frequent network tournaments, the operator hosted quirky competitions where players could win anything from a takeaway to a Yamaha Underwater Sea Scooter.

However, even the flashiest prizes couldn’t distract customers from the high wagering requirements and lack of live chat support.

Win Windsor closed its virtual doors in late 2023. Other Jumpman Gaming Limited casinos remain open to this day.

Did Win Windsor Casino Offer a Welcome Bonus?

Win Windsor offered a somewhat unpredictable welcome bonus.

After making a minimum qualifying deposit of £10 or more, players would spin the ‘Bonus Wheel’ to determine their match percentage. This could be anything between 100% and 1000%. While this bonus had the potential to offer higher value than other casino bonuses on the market, the harsh wagering requirements might have made some players think twice.

What Were the Terms and Conditions of This Bonus?

The Win Windsor welcome bonus was subject to 65x wagering requirements. This was above the industry standard at the time (35x) and considerably higher than the 10x wagering cap introduced by the United Kingdom Gambling Commission (UKGC) in early 2026.

Once you’d wagered the bonus, the maximum that players could convert into real funds was equal to their lifetime deposits (up to £250). We think this is unnecessarily harsh, especially considering the high wagering requirements.

Something to Consider

145 games didn’t contribute towards the wagering requirements, including Gods of Troy, Jingle Bells Power Reels and 64 Slingo® titles. Many casino bonuses are subject to similar exclusions, so always check the T&Cs before planning your wagering strategy.

Other Bonuses That Were Offered

Throughout its operating years, Win Windsor offered a variety of free spins offers, such as ‘Free Spins Of The Month’ and various free spins ‘Mega Reels’.

Players who had deposited the previous day could play the ‘Cashdrop’, which offered chances to win real cash prizes. Anything won would be added to a player’s real-money balance and would be free from wagering requirements.

Players liked the amount of time-limited offers, including weekly ‘Friday Fun’ bingo rooms and birthday bonuses. Each month, ‘Trophy Mega Reels’ would award random free spins on select titles.

In 2021, Win Windsor hosted ‘3K Turtle Mania’, where players could win a Yamaha Underwater Sea Scooter or one of ten GoPros by wagering £10 or more on Turtle Crush. Other unique prizes available from Win Windsor bonuses included Amazon and JustEat vouchers.

How Safe and Trustworthy Was WinWindsor Casino?

Jumpman Gaming Limited, Win Windsor’s parent company, holds the UKGC account number 39175. The casino operated under the remote licence 039175-R-319452-024. This information could be found in the site’s footer.

The UKGC offers one of the strongest iGaming licences on the market due to its high standards of consumer protection. At the time of writing, the commission has not taken any regulatory action against Jumpman Gaming Limited, indicating a reassuring level of regulatory compliance.

Safety and Security

Win Windsor’s site was encrypted with industry-standard TLS protocol versions 1.2 and 1.3. Unfortunately, TLS 1.1 and 1.0 remained enabled, despite being deprecated by the IETF two years before the casino closed. This could have left user data vulnerable to attacks.

KYC and Withdrawals

All casinos licensed by the UKGC are required to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on their players. This is necessary to comply with anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing (AML/ATF) regulations.

Before withdrawal, Win Windsor would typically request the following:

  • A valid ID such as a passport or driving licence.

  • A utility bill from the last three months.

If additional verification was required, the casino would request the front of the registered card with the middle eight digits covered or notarised/certified copies of ID documents.

Some online reviewers reported having trouble with the KYC process, and said the operator rejected documents that had been accepted by other casinos.

What Other Players & Reviewers Said

Win Windsor split opinions during its three-year run. Here’s what one customer liked and disliked about the casino:

👍

One reviewer explained that the platform is “home to leading software companies” and offers a “mobile-friendly platform.” They also noted that the UKGC licence “really is helpful” as it shows the casino is legitimate, while praising the “good game selection” and “good bonuses.”

👎

They went on to say that the casino “needs to add a live chat for all” and should “have more table games in its selection,” adding that it would also benefit from introducing a VIP programme.

Games at Win Windsor Casino

Despite having a smaller game library than a lot of the best online casinos at the time, positive reviews suggested that fans valued quality over quantity.

Win Windsor provided a decent amount of popular slots, including Big Bass Bonanza, Fluffy Favourites, Starburst and Rainbow Riches.

Players could choose between a variety of RNG-governed and live dealer table games.

Game Providers

Win Windsor’s game library was powered by fan-favourite providers such as NetEnt, Games Global, Pragmatic Play and Eyecon.

RTP Transparency

Information regarding a game’s Return To Player (RTP) could be found by clicking the information (i) button while playing a game.

Many of Win Windsor’s games were set to RTP values over 96%, including Big Bass Bonanza, Starburst, Wolf Gold and Eye of Horus.

Available Payment Methods

Win Windsor supported three withdrawal methods: Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. Players could deposit using these platforms, use PaysafeCard or have the charge added to their next phone bill.

Win Windsor stated that a “£2.50 withdrawal fee usually applies.” The operator did not charge fees on deposits, although network charges could apply when using carrier billing.

Before approving a withdrawal request, Win Windsor would carry out checks. These could take up to 72 hours.

In Retrospect

While the payout times might have looked competitive at the time, the lengthy internal check period could add days to the process.

Mobile and User Experience

While there wasn’t a dedicated Win Windsor casino app for iOS or Android, the site was fully optimised for handheld devices.

Some users felt the website was outdated, with one remarking that the “user interface was very slow and reminiscent of a website from 2001.

Customer Support at Win Windsor Casino

Win Windsor offered a very limited support service compared to other casinos at the time.

The only option was to email [email protected], who would aim to reply to all enquiries within two days.

Most new UK casinos offer live chat support, since modern audiences consider it a minimum requirement. Online reviews suggest that this was players’ main issue with Win Windsor.

If you have any queries about your Win Windsor account, or had any withdrawals pending when it closed, the operator can still be contacted at [email protected].

Responsible Gambling Tools

Win Windsor offered a variety of tools to help players control their gaming activity, including:

  • Deposit limits: Capped how much you could deposit in a day/week/month.

  • Take a break: Restricted your account for any period of time up to six weeks.

  • Self-exclusion: Prevented you from logging in to any of your Jumpman casino accounts for a minimum of six months.

  • Reality checks: Notification reminders of your session length.

Some tools, including breaks, had to be requested through support. We believe operators should give players full access to responsible gambling tools, especially if the casino has no live chat and potentially takes days to respond to email enquiries.
