We asked the live chat agent, who told us the wagering requirement is 40x the bonus amount. Users have only seven days to wager the bonus - an extraordinarily short period for wagering requirements this high.

1win casino’s definition of bonus abuse feels unfair towards players. Their terms list “placing minimal risk bets” as bonus abuse, with no clarification of what they define as “minimal risk”.

1win flaunts their 24/7 support on their homepage, but this is somewhat misleading. 

Opening the support window will lead you to a chatbot, which you are forced to interact with prior to being connected to an agent. It offers a selection of choices, and will not answer anything outside of that.

Once you get to the end of this process, you can select: “I still have questions”. We were told we would have to wait fifteen minutes to speak to an operator. 

After fifty minutes, we received a copy-and-paste answer to our question. We asked a simple follow-up question and waited a further few minutes.

Our query was eventually answered, but the entire process took around an hour. This is not the standard we have come to expect of a 24/7 live chat. Customer support agents at other casinos manage to be helpful and prompt.
