The live chat feature provided by the VegasGems customer support department is one of the most effective we have encountered. It gives players the option to choose a topic they need help with (such as Purchases, Redemptions, KYC etc) and direct their questions to the appropriate customer service representatives.

Unfortunately, the live chat isn’t quite as “live” as some players might hope. When we posed a question about scoring free Shards, it took over an hour for a rep to get back to us. However, we didn’t have to go back and forth with a bot before getting a human response, and we also didn’t have to stare at the live chat box for an hour waiting for a reply once the conversation started.

Using VegasGems’ live chat feature feels almost like texting the social casino’s customer support team and waiting for an answer. We believe it to be a more efficient option than emailing customer support, which is the only other option available.

Additionally, you can’t actually use any of the tools mentioned on this page while on it. Instead, we found that utilizing tools like “Self-Lockdown” requires finding them on the main “Player Profile” page. This is confusing and may lead some players to overlook these invaluable tools.

Overall, there is definitely room for improvement here. It’s especially disappointing given that the tools and information are useful, but they are just very badly presented.
