TaoFortune has a library of 1,451 games. While some casinos like Wow Vegas have a larger menu overall, we think this is still a good number for a casino that’s mostly slot games.

Noticeably missing from TaoFortune are table and live dealer games. There’s a decent selection of fish games and jackpots for players looking for something different.

With slots making up most of the game menu at TaoFortune, it’s nice to see that there are several categories to help you find your favorites and discover some new titles too.

Surprisingly, Megaways and Hold and Wins aren’t given their own categories like you often see at other sweeps casinos, but you can use the search menu to find them.

TaoFortune Casino on mobile

TaoFortune doesn’t offer a downloadable app. We tested the casino on both a phone and tablet, to see how the mobile experience compares to a desktop computer. Overall, TaoFortune provided a good mobile experience.

The site is well-optimized to work on a smaller screen, and we found that the mobile version loaded faster too. Game icons appear large and clear, and the touch screen was handy for playing games.

Customer support at TaoFortune can be reached through email or a live chatbot. Their email address is [email protected]. To access the chat, look for the purple speech bubble icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.

I found the chat a bit frustrating, because the bot isn’t very intuitive. Every question I asked just brought up another menu of automated options instead of a direct answer.

Adding to my frustration was the fact that TaoFortune doesn’t have a dedicated FAQ page. There didn’t seem to be any fast and easy way to have simple questions answered at this casino.

However, for more complicated questions, the support team will answer emails within 24 hours. I recommend using email for questions about payouts or your account profile.
