What Are the Terms and Conditions of This Bonus?

Just like the offer listed above, the entry requirements far overshadow the value of the prizes. One ‘Major Ticket’ costs 250 points, each of which requires a £400 wager (the point system is inconsistent across each competition). The £100,000 entry requirement makes this giveaway inaccessible to most of this casino’s customer base.

Mobile and User Experience

We ran some tests, which revealed that Jackpot Village’s loading speed is below average. The site’s user interface (UI) is adequate, although it appears as though a few corners were cut. The Jackpot Village app can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play Store. Some players report the app can be slow at times.

Upon opening a live chat window, players are prompted to enter their name and email address, then placed on hold.

We were connected to an operator in around seven minutes. After a few minutes, we received a helpful, polite and comprehensive answer. We asked a follow-up question, which the operator had to look into. While they looked for the answer, we were logged out of our account.
