Dream Vegas Casino Review 2026

Dream Vegas is owned by White Hat Gaming Limited and was founded in 2018. While it offers an app on the Google Play Store and App Store, Dream Vegas’s uncertain withdrawal process and poor customer service mean we won’t be recommending it to players.

Expert Verdict
Casino Rating: 0/10

A casino with hundreds of one-star reviews is rarely worth your time and money. Dream Vegas is no exception. We found an overwhelming number of reported withdrawal issues. Common problems included delays, cancelled payments and account closures. These players are often unable to receive any help thanks to Dream Vegas’ poor customer support system. When we reached out to the so-called 24/7 live chat, we were sent away six times and, in the end, never received a response.

We suggest avoiding this operator and instead choosing one of our top-rated casinos.

Does Dream Vegas Casino Offer a Welcome Bonus?

Dream Vegas is currently offering new players a 100% match bonus plus 100 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza. While this sounds like a fairly standard UK casino welcome bonus, the T&Cs aren’t as straightforward as they could be.

What Are the Terms and Conditions of This Bonus?

A minimum first deposit of £20 is required to claim this bonus.

Bonus funds carry a 10x wagering requirement. This is the maximum amount permitted by the United Kingdom Gambling Commission (UKGC) under new regulations that came into effect in January 2026. Funds wagered on table games, video poker and progressive jackpots will not contribute to the wagering requirements. Any funds not wagered within thirty days of receipt will expire.

The maximum number of players who can bet at a time while this bonus is active is £5. If you accidentally make a bet larger than this, the casino reserves the right to revoke your bonus. We think this is overly punitive, and rules like this should be enforced on a software level.

Free spins can only be used on Big Bass Bonanza and expire within 72 hours of receipt. Any winnings are credited as cash and capped at £100. Winnings from free spins carry no wagering requirements and can be withdrawn immediately.

Avoid the Trap

The Dream Vegas bonus terms contain a list of 839 games that don’t contribute at all to the wagering requirements. This includes popular titles such as Thunder Riches Buffalo, Starburst XXXtreme and Zeus Gold Blitz Fortune Tower. Always check the terms carefully before claiming casino bonuses.

Other Bonuses for New and Existing Players

Dream Vegas doesn’t offer any ongoing promotions outside of its daily bonus wheel and lacklustre VIP programme. The rest of the ‘Promotions’ page is dedicated to giveaways, which have steep entry requirements in comparison to the value of their prizes. Players must opt in to marketing communications to be eligible for certain offers.

Daily Bonus Wheel

While bonus wheels are a staple feature of many new UK casinos, it’s pretty disappointing that this is the only ongoing promotion where players can win bonuses at Dream Vegas.

Only players who have made at least one lifetime deposit can access the bonus wheel. Potential prizes include casino bonuses such as bonus spins. Any offer won from the wheel must be claimed separately. Each bonus is subject to its own terms, which may include making another deposit.

Mega Cash Giveaway

This year, Dream Vegas is offering a £30,000 cash prize. While this sounds impressive, the hefty entry requirement renders this competition exceptionally poor value for money.

To enter, players must earn at least one 'Mega Ticket’. These cost 500 points, each of which requires a £1,000 wager. Half a million pounds is a demanding price tag, especially when a prize isn’t even guaranteed.

Major Cash Giveaway

Dream Vegas is hosting three ‘Major cash giveaways’ this year. Chosen players can choose between a variety of prize bundles worth £10,000, including a selection of Apple products, home improvement goods, gadgets or a seven-day safari to South Africa.

Entry costs one ‘Major Ticket’, which can be exchanged for 250 points. Each point requires a £400 wager (the point system is not consistent across the three giveaways). This means players must wager £100,000 within the three-month promotional period to enter, which renders this competition inaccessible to the majority of players.

Mini Cash Giveaway

Just like the offers listed above, the Dream Vegas ‘Mini cash giveaway’ requires a financial commitment that far outweighs the value of the prize.

Each week, ten players will win an equal share of the £500 prize pool. Entry costs one ‘Mini ticket’, which requires a total wager of £4,000. This is more than most players are happy to wager in one week, particularly when the £50 prize isn’t even guaranteed.

Dream Vegas Loyalty Club

Every £10 wagered at Dream Vegas will earn players the following number of points:

  • Slots: 2 points

  • Roulette: 0.25 points

  • Bingo: 1 point

  • Blackjack: 0.5 points

  • Scratchcards: 2 points

  • Video poker and poker side bet: 1 point

1,000 points can be exchanged for a £5 bonus, which needs to be wagered 10x within 30 days of receipt before withdrawal. This is a fairly insignificant bonus, particularly considering the £5,000–£40,000 requirement to claim it.

Is Dream Vegas Casino Safe and Trustworthy?

All White Hat Gaming Limited casinos in the UK operate under a United Kingdom Gambling Commission (UKGC) licence, account number 52894. This is linked in the footer of the page.

The UKGC offers one of the most reputable iGaming licences due to their high standards for consumer protection. Despite this, the high volume of complaints against this casino indicates a flagrant disregard for your safety and customer satisfaction.

Safety and Security

The IETF recommends the use of TLS 1.2 and 1.3 to keep user data safe from attackers, which are enabled on the Dream Vegas website. Deprecated TLS and SSL protocol versions (TLS 1.1, TLS 1.2, SSLv3 and SSLv2) are disabled, meaning hackers can’t exploit the vulnerabilities of these older versions.

KYC and Withdrawals

All casinos licensed by the UKGC must carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on all players before they can withdraw funds. This is to comply with Anti-Terrorism Financing (ATF) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws.

Players may be asked for documents to verify their age, identity, address and source of funds/wealth. These could include recent utility bills, bank statements or government-issued IDs.

Dream Vegas reserves the right to use third-party agencies to confirm players’ information.

Multiple players report not receiving their payouts despite submitting all the requested documentation. One exasperated customer stated:

“Even when you give them the documents and its been a week you have to chase them multiple times and then they request more documents!”

What Other Players and Reviewers Say

On one trusted platform, Dream Vegas has received hundreds of reviews, 77% of which are one-star. Here’s what two unhappy customers said about their time on the site:

“I joined up played for a few hours. Put about £150 in and tried to withdraw £750 via bank transfer. They locked my account and told me they were confiscating my balance. I keep emailing and they are ignoring me. Absolutely shocking. They are a scam.

“So I joined the site. Took no bonuses nothing just played with money I deposited. Total deposit around 2k. Withdrew 5400. Took 12 days of endless messaging and had already sent all documents over. Constant delays. They then shut my account and refuse to pay winnings. Absolute joke. I have written a formal complaint and expect this to be rectified with my winnings paid I wil then be closing any account with there company.”

Games at Dream Vegas Casino

Dream Vegas offers 3,363 games from providers such as Iron Dog Studio, Slingo Originals and Switch Studios. Unfortunately, the poor page organisation makes it hard for players to find a game they’ll like.

The banner at the top of the casino homepage sorts games into five categories: ‘Popular’, ‘New’, ‘Pragmatic Play’, ‘Octoplay Jackpots’ and ‘Jackpots’. Banners further down the page sort games into more useful groups such as ‘Megaways’, ‘Drops & Wins’ and ‘Table games’, so we’re not sure the casino opted for those five.

We were disappointed by Dream Vegas’ table game selection. The site only offers 15 roulette games, 14 blackjack games and five poker titles. Fans of andar bahar and craps are only given one option.

Since demo games are a great way to get a feel for a title without putting any real money on the line, we were frustrated not to find any at Dream Vegas.

RTP Transparency

RTP information can be found by clicking on the information (i) button while playing any game. Dream Vegas does not list an average RTP for the site. We reached out to the live chat to inquire about this, but did not receive a reply.

Payment Methods at Dream Vegas Casino

Despite being listed in the footer and the payment methods page, some platforms, such as Skrill and Apple pay are noticeably missing. No matter which method players choose, they’re likely to encounter the same issue: delayed withdrawal times.

Players withdrawing for the first time will be subject to a 48–96 hour pending period. Any further withdrawals can take up to two days to be approved. This is significantly above the market average, leaving players in the dark about when they’ll receive their funds.

Avoid the Red Flags

Even players who have waited out the four-day pending period and submitted all requested documents report having their withdrawals cancelled or delayed. Don’t trust your money with casinos that don’t deliver on their promises.

Mobile and User Experience

We ran some tests, which revealed Dream Vegas’ page loading time to be below average. Players can expect layout shifts on both desktop and mobile browsers. We noticed a handful of other issues with the user interface, including background and foreground colours occasionally lacking enough contrast to be clearly visible, particularly on smaller screens.

Users can download the Dream Vegas app via the iOS App Store, but it’s worth bearing in mind that the app has only received two ratings, each one star.

The Dream Vegas Android app has been downloaded over 10,000 times and is rated 2.4/5 stars. One player stated that they reached out to support, citing login issues. Instead of helping, support told the user to use the web browser instead. This dismissive treatment mirrors our experience with Dream Vegas’ customer support team.

Customer Support at Dream Vegas Casino

Upon opening a live chat window, players must enter their full name and email address before receiving an automated message stating that they’re in the queue. When we reached out, we waited for ten minutes before getting a second message stating that the queue was too long and we should try again later. Despite reaching out to live chat support six times, we never received a response.

Since the live chat was unavailable, we were forced to rely on the help centre. Unfortunately, we encountered some fairly strange advice. For example, Dream Vegas recommends depositing ‘irregular amounts’, e.g. ‘33.20 of your currency instead of 33.00 of your currency’ if you’re having issues while making a deposit.

When we emailed [email protected], we received an automated response with our ticket number and a confirmation that we’d receive a reply within 24 hours. Four hours later, we received a response.

Responsible Gambling Tools

Dream Vegas offers players the following responsible gambling tools:

  • Deposit Limits: Caps how much players can deposit per day, week or month.

  • Game Time Reminders (Reality Checks): Notifications, reminders of how long a session has lasted. These can be as frequent as once per minute.

  • Time-Outs: Temporary account block lasting from 24 hours up to six weeks. These cannot be removed once put in place.

  • Clock-off: Prevents players from accessing their accounts for specific times of day/days of the week, set in one-hour increments.

  • Payday Timeout: Prevents users from gambling on the days they get paid.

  • Self-Exclusion: Blocks players from their accounts for a period of time between six months and five years.

  • Self-Assessment: Short questionnaire to help players reflect on gambling behaviours.

Players are prompted to set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit upon opening an account. These limits can be updated at any time in the player’s account settings. Any increase to a deposit limit will be put in place after a 24-hour period.

Accounts cannot be closed without contacting the customer support team, which is an issue given how hard it is to reach someone. Since closed accounts can be reopened at any time, Dream Vegas should give problem gamblers the option to permanently self-exclude.
