Since PeakPlay only launched in 2025, it hasn’t racked up many reviews. 

On one of the most prominent review websites, its reviews weren’t even in the double digits yet when we wrote our PeakPlay review. To make matters worse, it has just a 2.8/5 score for now.

Some players have complained about PeakPlay’s customer service, calling it “terrible” and mentioning how it often takes days to receive a response to questions and concerns. 

Others have claimed that PeakPlay has deactivated their accounts after they have tried to redeem SC for prizes.

Still, not everyone is unhappy with the way the social casino has done business thus far. 

One player wrote in their PeakPlay review; 

“I know this platform is new but it’s good and honest!” 

“I was able to play and get my redemption within two days. This platform doesn't have many reviews so I’ll be the first to say the games are great with a nice variety and the payouts are also fair.”

Because PeakPlay has just 259 online slots, you might not think it would offer much variety. This couldn’t be further from the truth.

The social casino has broken down its slot selection into 20 categories in the main lobby, highlighting the impressive variety it provides. From “Lucky 888,” “Hold & Spin” and “Bonus Buy” slots to “Egyptian,” “Fantasy & Fairytale,” and “Old School Cool” slots, it has a little something for everyone.

For this reason, we’re happy to recommend PeakPlay to beginners who want to try out a range of different slot formats and mechanics, without being overwhelmed by a huge menu. That said, more experienced players may prefer a deeper menu. 

RTP transparency

Finding the RTP percentages for PeakPlay’s online slots requires work and knowing where to look. You must open a game, click the “i” icon to get more information, and scroll to the bottom to see the RTP. This isn’t ideal, but at least the info is in there somewhere.

We’d prefer to see the RTP for each game listed prominently in the lobby, which is what Tora Tora Casino does. 

Daily sports contests

Given how few games PeakPlay had as of August 2025, it was somewhat surprising to see that it offers daily sports content to players. Not that we’re complaining, as this is one of the few things that truly separates the social casino from its competitors.

Initially, PeakPlay is only allowing players to participate in these contests for the opportunity to win free GC. However, we could see this aspect of the social casino becoming very popular, in which case it wouldn’t be out of the question for PeakPlay to start offering free SC to contest winners.

PeakPlay unique features

As of August 2025, PeakPlay hadn’t quite found its footing in terms of offering unique features to players. Its aforementioned daily sports contests have the potential to turn into the unique feature that makes it truly stand out, but it’s still getting off the ground and unavailable for SC players.

Other than this, the social casino is still a no-frills operation without much that distinguishes it from competitors for now.

PeakPlay has a good selection of payment methods, and processes cash prizes from just 50 SC, which can’t be said for many sweepstakes casinos. We were especially happy to see that both bank transfers and Skrill are allowed for GC purchases, in addition to the standard bank cards.

We purchased a small GC package using a Visa credit card and didn’t encounter any issues. We’d put it on par with our experience at other top sweepstakes casinos.

We had low expectations for PeakPlay when it was time to put its customer support team to the test, mostly because we read some negative reviews that mentioned it as an issue. 

We underestimated PeakPlay, as it totally delivered each time we needed to have questions answered. We found that simply sending a message to the customer support department through its live chat was the best option. While we didn’t always get an immediate response, one was usually waiting for us within about 10 minutes.

We got the impression that PeakPlay’s customer support reps might struggle to take care of more complicated player issues quickly, but our simple questions were answered perfectly. It also has a phone number that players can use to contact them about these problems.
