IS ONLINE GAMBLING LEGAL IN KANSAS?
Here, the answer is quite straight forward – Online Gambling is simply not permitted in Kansas.

- No winning outcome is based on the score, point spread or any performance or performances of any single real-world team or any combination of such teams.
- No winning outcome is based solely on any single performance of an individual sportsman/woman in any real-world sporting event.
According to Article 15, Section 3 of the Kansas constitution, lotteries and sale of lottery tickets are prohibited. However, a new amendment to the constitution under Section 3a, 3b, and 3c were passed by voters in November 2014, allowing exceptions to lottery practices, making them constitutional, as long as they are state regulated and licensed.
The Kansas state lottery is one such gambling institution that is sanctioned to offer gambling activities to the general public, in the name of charity. Likewise, Bingo is permissible at regulated facilities, as well as registered public benefit companies, such as churches and other charitable organisations.
In the state of Kansas, gamblers aged 18 and older may engage in lotteries and Parimutuel betting. This is quite lenient, as there are many other states in the country that only allow betting from the age of 21 years old.
