Online betting sites typically offer an attractive welcome bonus, and BildBe was no different. If you didn’t win with your first bet, BildBet’s “Fette Wette” promotion meant that you received a bonus credit of the amount you staked, up to €100. And here’s another reason why I think BildBet was amongst the best online sports betting sites: you didn’t have to use this credit on other bets.

It was easy to register for this bonus when you bet on sports online. Simply sign up on the promotions page before you make your first deposit, and that’s it! Note that the offer was only valid for seven days after you register, and that deposits made with Skrill do not qualify. 

As an alternative to “Fette Wette”, you could register for Super Boost odds. This great promotion increased the winning payout on a random fixture every weekend.

BildBet bonus code

There was no bonus code with BildBet: you simply register for the welcome bonus, and off you go. You sometimes find that online betting sites offer great bonuses but poor odds. I prefer the straightforward BildBet approach. 

Indeed, you could say that the biggest bonus with BildBet was that it kept things simple and offered highly competitive prices. In my book, that makes it one of the best online gambling sites.

VIP programme

BildBet does not offer a dedicated VIP programme, but personally, I didn’t see that as an issue. Why not? BildBet treated all of its sports fan customers like VIPs, with comprehensive game coverage, free games, attractive promotions, and outstanding customer service. Best of all, you could build your own personal bets - not just for soccer betting but also across other sports too. So what else did we like about BildBet? Well, there was the Extra6er free prediction game with €1000 guaranteed every week and an excellent choice of in-play bets.

BildBet offered one of the best online sports betting experiences and focused exclusively on sporting games. If you’re after safe online casinos, you would have needed to take your business elsewhere. The same was true for the best online casinos in Germany. In both instances, your best bet was probably to go with the biggest online casinos in Europe.

I find the app was really easy and intuitive to use, and when you downloaded it, you could also benefit from the BildBet 20 EUR offer. If you lost your opening bet of up to €20, you received a credit for the same amount.

BildBet accepted payment from the following companies: VISA (with Fast Funds), MasterCard, Trustly, PayPal, Sofort, and Skrill. You can also add funds to your BildBet account via bank transfer. The minimum deposit was €10.

BildBet Withdrawal Time

Withdrawal times with BildBet varied. For VISA, MasterCard, and Trustly, you can expect to receive your winnings within 3 - 5 working days. With PayPal, Sofort, Skrill, and bank transfers, timelines were shorter: funds should have reached you within 1 - 3 working days. In practice, I never had an issue with withdrawals, and payments to my PayPal account typically arrived within one working day.

Customer Service

If you read the reviews online, they invariably praised BildBet for its excellent customer service - and I can’t argue with that. Once I had to call them about soccer betting, I found the staff member extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, plus my issue was quickly resolved.

There was a live chat option on the site, and customer service was open from 13:00 to 22:00, seven days a week. You could also contact BildBet by email. 

BildBet Licence

BildBet was established in December 2020 and was one of the very first companies in Germany to be licensed under the State Treaty on Gambling. BildBet operates as a licensed sports betting company and was regulated by the Darmstadt Regional Council and the Malta Gaming Authority.

Problems With BildBet

I really considered BildBet as one of the best online sports betting sites, so it was hard to be too strong with my criticism. Perhaps BildBet could have considered offering more in the way of bonuses and promotions. It might also look at adding a few more deposit options: it’s not one of those betting sites that accept Revolut. 

Finally, it could possibly have covered a wider range of sports. That said, to be fair to BildBet, some sports like horse racing or E-sports are expressly forbidden under the terms of the State Treaty on Gambling.
