Customer service did not clarify the nature of the issue. The customer claims they never used a VPN or falsified documents, but never received their money.

Another customer made sure their account was “FULLY verified”, then made multiple deposits. When they attempted to withdraw for the first time, customer support wanted them to verify their account again.

This time, 21Bets rejected their documents and instead asked the user to “take a selfie in [their] car with todays news paper” - highly unprofessional behaviour from an international casino.

Opening the live chat window will force users to attempt to resolve questions with an unhelpful FAQ chatbot. It will eventually try to connect you to an operator.

We attempted to contact the live chat support team multiple times over a 24-hour period. It was only available in two instances.

When we did get through to an operator, replies were slow. We asked a simple question (which was answered in the terms and conditions) and the operator didn’t know the answer. The whole process took over twenty minutes.

We tried again later in the day and the operator could answer all of our questions.
