There’s no way to organize games according to theme or types of slots, but it’s not a huge deal given the small game menu. As the menu expands, we’d like to see more sub categories added.

PlayBracco looks unassuming at first glance, but after digging into the casino we found a handful of unique features.

We had a positive experience purchasing coins when we tested it out with two kinds of crypto, BTC and LTC.

PlayBracco on mobile

There’s no PlayBracco mobile app for iOS or Android devices. We weren’t able to find an instant-play web app for the site, either. 

However, the mobile site is optimized for sports betting and casino gaming with nicely sized games and quick loading speeds. 

The site’s top-row menu is scrollable on mobile devices, giving you quick access to different sports categories and casino games. To switch between the sportsbook and casino, open the upper-left hand menu.

PlayBracco offers 24/7 email support, but it doesn’t feature live chat, ticket, or phone support. 

When we tested email support, we got a response from a real person 12 hours after sending a message, but funneling every question through one email channel is bound to create slower response times.
