Although it started as a land-based slot, Cash Spin eventually made its way onto the screens of thousands of iGaming enthusiasts. Developed by Bally, the game features a fun Wheel of Fortune-style gameplay with enjoyable bonuses, although the RTP is on the low side.

Should You Play Cash Spin?

Yes. I recommend playing Cash Spin. Many slot players are fans of the Wheel of Fortune aesthetic, especially when the rewards are as exciting as the traditional game show.

Even though it reminds me of jackpot slots, Cash Spin has a lot going on, including a bonus wheel and a pick-and-click round with cash prizes of up to 50x your bet. However, the RTP is a little below the average. Here’s what I liked and didn’t like about this game:

Gameplay

As with the best online slots, you won’t have issues playing Cash Spin. To spin the reels, all you have to do is select your stake by clicking the arrows and pressing the large “Spin” button. If you’d like to learn more, check the game’s rules and payouts before getting started.

Storyline

There isn’t much going on in terms of Cash Spin’s storyline. The slot features a retro design with colourful gems acting as the game’s high-paying characters, and card symbols as the low-paying symbols.

The background and the heads-up display have the same glowing blue undertones, contrasting nicely with the reels. If you trigger the U-Spin bonus, you’ll be met with a giant bright wheel with 30 sections.

Design and User Experience

Although Cash Spin is a simple-looking game, Bally spared no expense in the user experience department. On top of the intuitive design, the game features an Autoplay resource that you can use to spin the reels automatically.

Another aspect where Cash Spin differs from classic games is the number of paylines. At first, you may think it only has a few paylines. Play it for a while or read the rules, and you’ll quickly figure out there are 243 ways to win.

Cash Spin Wilds, Bonuses, and Free Spins

The wild is one of the first resources you’ll encounter while playing Cash Spin. It substitutes all characters except U-Spin scatters and Money Bag symbols. Wilds can also appear stacked on the second and fourth reels.

Then, there’s the U-Spin bonus feature. You can trigger it by landing three or more scatters on the first, third, and fifth reels. The feature starts with a wheel spin – a bonus that can reward you with cash prizes or free spins.

If you trigger the free spins round, you’ll be rewarded with 12 free spins. During the feature, all wins are improved by a 2x multiplier. You can get additional free spins by triggering the U-Spin bonus again.

Free spins also come with a unique resource, the Money Bag.This bonus can be activated by getting money bag symbols in the second, third, and fourth reels. Then, you’ll have to choose one money bag to reveal a prize between 3x and 50x your wager.

Bonus Features

Many players like to think of Cash Spin as a jackpot slot. This is because the U-Spin wheel works similarly to a jackpot wheel feature seen in some other slots. It can even reward you prizes worth hundreds of times your bet if you’re lucky.

How to Play Cash Spin

Playing Cash Spin is as easy as it gets. Follow the steps below to start enjoying this slot:

  1. Find a reputable gambling site to play the game.
  2. Sign up for an account and make a deposit.
  3. Load Cash Spin and read the game’s rules.
  4. Choose your bet and start spinning.

What Is Cash Spin’s RTP?

Cash Spin has an RTP rate of 94.15%. This means the game is expected to pay 94.15% back to the players during its lifetime. Unfortunately, the game’s RTP is below the market average for online slots and other casino games.

Are you looking to enter the game show of a lifetime? Here are a few suggestions I have for you:

Wheel of Fortune Triple Extreme Spin

What’s better than one bonus wheel? Three bonus wheels! This exciting game show-inspired slot was released by IGT. It has everything you could ask for, including wilds, multipliers, and bonus wheels packed with prizes.

Wheel of Fortune Power Wedges

Wheel of Fortune Power Wedges is also an IGT slot. The game features a five-reel, four-row layout with 1,024 paylines and various bonus features, including wilds, free spins, and a bonus wheel with jackpots.

Who Wants to Be a Millionaire Megapays

Forget Wheel of Fortune – why don’t you try aiming for millions with Who Wants to be a Millionaire? This six-reel slot was developed by Big Time Gaming, creators of the famous Megaways mechanic.

Our Final Thoughts

Cash Spin proves why game show-themed slots are always popular. The bonus features add a lot of depth to the game, bringing the excitement to a new level.

In addition, having a free spins bonus round is always a plus. That being said, I recommend trying this online slot.
